Hello. I’m glad you’re here.
I have a particular passion for supporting people through the moments that matter most — whether that's a young person navigating anxiety or big emotions, a family finding its footing, or an adult working to move through trauma or major life changes toward healing and growth.
I bring warmth, genuine curiosity, and a non-judgmental approach to every session, creating a space grounded in empathy and connection — one where you feel safe, seen, and genuinely heard.
My clinical approach is grounded in attachment and relational perspectives, drawing on evidence-based frameworks including CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and somatic/body-based approaches. I am EMDR trained, including Level 2 training in child and adolescent trauma. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach across a wide range of presentations — anxiety, depression, OCD, emotional regulation difficulties, addiction, and trauma, including recent events (PTSD) and prolonged adverse experiences such as abuse, neglect, developmental trauma, and attachment wounds (C-PTSD).
In addition to therapy, I offer neurodevelopmental assessments for children and adults exploring whether ADHD or other learning differences may be contributing to their experience — approaching assessment as a collaborative process, so clients leave with more than a report, but a clearer understanding of themselves.
I have worked across a range of clinical settings, including hospital inpatient and outpatient services, child and adolescent private practice, and several years in suicide prevention at Lifeline. This breadth of experience grounds the steady, compassionate presence I bring into every therapy room — from acute distress through to the longer-term work of recovery.
As a parent and step-parent myself, and a trauma survivor, I understand how much courage it takes to reach out, and how important it is to find the right fit. I feel genuinely privileged to walk alongside young people, adults, and families through the moments that shape their lives.
